2004 onward
From reference site to toolbox.
PHP-Nuke turned Smurftech into a database-backed portal and gave the support material a reusable form: modules, blocks, datasets and admin tools that could travel to other sites.

The local portal backup contains 3,497 files across the PHP-Nuke core, themes and more than thirty module directories. Those numbers describe the preserved system, not an authorship claim: the platform and many bundled modules came from their own developers. The catalogue highlights Smurftech-specific work and labels mixed or third-party material accordingly.
Collected blocks and dependencies
The backup also holds administration, antivirus-feed, messaging, Who Is Where, Data Center and other third-party packages. They are retained as evidence of the working environment rather than promoted as Smurftech projects, and are not republished from this archive.
