What it did
The module collected HTTP response codes and their meanings into a reference page inside PHP-Nuke. It covered informational, successful, redirected, client-error and server-error responses.
Why it is here
This is contextual rather than an authorship claim. The source identifies Wind0hz98 Inc. as its author, and it survived in both the Smurftech development collection and the later Evolution port material.
What survived
Two near-identical source layouts and the original copyright record were recovered. The archive package retains the source once, adds the full referenced GPL and explains its historical status.

This third-party GPL module is preserved because it formed part of the Smurftech/Evolution working collection. Its original Wind0hz98 attribution is unchanged.
